Please fill out a loan application for your 2nd lien loan you are wanting, behind an assumable 1st lien.  You must complete the information about the 1st lien loan, your are assumning, when you get to the "Custom Question(s)" section, toward the end of the loan application.

You MUST Authorize Certified Funding to Pull Credit in order to continue the loan process.  To do this, once you have started the interview/application process, under the "Personal" tab, you must check the box which states "I authorize Certified Funding to obtain a consumer credit report . . . " for each borrower.
